Slow PC Fix

This is what I recommend if your computer is slow or at the end of its life. I have used this method for dozens of computers and it is usually very successful in speeding up everything.

Download the following utilities:
AVG free anti-virus:
http://free.avg.com/us-en/free-downloads
CCleaner junk cleanup:
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
Auslogics Disk Defrag:
http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag/

Follow these steps:
1. Uninstall any and all antivirus software you have. AVG is bar none the best free antivirus. It has a light memory footprint and will not hog all the limited computer resources.
2. Install AVG free. This requires Internet. Wait until it is done grabbing the latest definitions. Run a FULL SCAN. Wait again.
3. Install CCleaner. Do a general clean up, then cleanup the registry. Also find the startup tab and disable all the programs that you don't NEED starting up.
4. Install Auslogics Disk Defrag. Run a full defrag and also set up a recurring defrag for once a week.

iOS 7!!

I hear its going to be announced at WWDC. Can't wait. I lost my jailbreak with the forced install of iOS 6.1.4. My phone locked up because of a bad Cydia package and there was 0 way to recover it. I hear that they found an exploit for iOS 7 today that will help with an untethered jailbreak.
